Introducing our Enchanted Sky - Dragonfly earrings adorned with turquoise-colored beads and delicate metal dragonfly charms.
Accentuating the dragonfly charms are vibrant turquoise-colored beads, reminiscent of the serene hues of a clear sky or a tranquil ocean. These beads add a pop of color and a touch of sophistication to the earrings, elevating them from simple accessories to statement pieces of timeless beauty.

Avoid Water Exposure: Remove your earrings before swimming, showering, or participating in activities where they may come into contact with water. Wood can absorb moisture, leading to warping or discoloration, while prolonged exposure to moisture can cause metal alloy charms to tarnish.
Avoid Chemicals: Avoid exposing your earrings to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, and cosmetics, as they can cause damage to both the wood beads and metal alloy charms. Chemicals can also cause the metal to tarnish or corrode over time.
Store Properly: When not wearing your earrings, store them in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight. Storing them in a jewelry box or pouch will help prevent dust accumulation and minimize the risk of scratches or damage.
Clean Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the surface of the wood beads and metal alloy charms to remove any dirt or residue. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can scratch or damage the materials. For stubborn dirt or residue, dampen the cloth slightly with water and gently wipe the surface, then dry thoroughly.
Handle with Care: Handle your earrings with care to prevent accidental damage. Avoid dropping them or applying excessive pressure, especially to delicate areas such as the metal alloy charms.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Wood beads may be sensitive to extreme temperatures, so avoid exposing your earrings to prolonged periods of extreme heat or cold.
Regular Inspections: Periodically inspect your earrings for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any loose or damaged components, refrain from wearing them and consider seeking professional repair.
Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the processing, creation, and dispatch of your order. My products are meticulously handmade, ensuring attention to detail and quality. Keep in mind that dispatch times may extend up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Luna Sol Gypsy's return policy extends for a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. Completing your return necessitates a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of its arrival. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Items must be returned in original product packaging. They must not have visible signs of wear or use.
All returns must be confirmed by our team before sending them to us. Please see return steps below.
If your order is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
Within 14 days of receiving your order, reply to your order confirmation email to request a return or exchange.
Once you receive confirmation that your return/exchange can be processed, include a note in your return parcel that states your full name, order number, and email address.
A trackable shipping method is recommended. Please communicate the tracking number via email once it is available.
Upon receiving the returned/exchanged item(s), your return item(s) will be processed, and you will be liable for the shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out.
Customers are liable for return postage costs of items, except when faulty.
The return/exchange/refund process may take up to 14 days.
The shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable.
Refunds:
No refunds are available for change of mind.

I will edit your order before shipping and invoice for any price differences.
Please be sure to order carefully, as I cannot cancel your order once paid for.
Faulty items:
Due to the handmade nature of most, we understand some faults may be out of your control.
There's a 30-day warranty period to ensure perfection for each piece.
If you received a product you believe is faulty, please send photos to pamelaleggett@lunasolgypsy.com.au as soon as possible.
You must initiate your return within the 30-day warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
-The loss of a product or part of a product
- Failure on your part to follow the provided care instructions
- Bracelet/Earring findings pulling/stretching causing breakage.
