Chemicals can affect the color and texture of the clay, and may also tarnish the metal charms.

If needed, clean your earrings with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or brushes.
For metal charms, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore their shine.
Check for Loose Parts:
Periodically check your earrings for any loose or damaged parts, such as jump rings or clasps.
If you notice anything loose, repair it promptly to prevent further damage.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures:
Avoid exposing your earrings to extreme temperatures, as this can affect the integrity of the clay and the metal.
Remove Before Physical Activities:
Take off your earrings before engaging in strenuous physical activities or sports to prevent accidental damage.
Protect Against Scratches:
Store your earrings separately to prevent scratching, especially if they have intricate designs or textures.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the processing, creation, and dispatch of your order. My products are meticulously handmade, ensuring attention to detail and quality. Keep in mind that dispatch times may extend up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Luna Sol Gypsy's return policy extends for a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. Completing your return necessitates a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of its arrival. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Items must be returned in original product packaging. They must not have visible signs of wear or use.
All returns must be confirmed by our team before sending them to us. Please see return steps below.
If your order is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
Within 14 days of receiving your order, reply to your order confirmation email to request a return or exchange.
Once you receive confirmation that your return/exchange can be processed, include a note in your return parcel that states your full name, order number, and email address.
A trackable shipping method is recommended. Please communicate the tracking number via email once it is available.
Upon receiving the returned/exchanged item(s), your return item(s) will be processed, and you will be liable for the shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out.
Customers are liable for return postage costs of items, except when faulty.
The return/exchange/refund process may take up to 14 days.
The shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable.
Refunds:
No refunds are available for change of mind.

I will edit your order before shipping and invoice for any price differences.
Please be sure to order carefully, as I cannot cancel your order once paid for.
Faulty items:
Due to the handmade nature of most, we understand some faults may be out of your control.
There's a 30-day warranty period to ensure perfection for each piece.
If you received a product you believe is faulty, please send photos to pamelaleggett@lunasolgypsy.com.au as soon as possible.
You must initiate your return within the 30-day warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
-The loss of a product or part of a product
- Failure on your part to follow the provided care instructions
- Bracelet/Earring findings pulling/stretching causing breakage.
