Avoid Chemicals: Keep the earrings away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as these substances can tarnish the metal components and may cause discoloration or deterioration of the beads.

Handle with Care: Avoid pulling or tugging excessively on the beads, as they may break or chip if subjected to undue force.

Store Properly: When not in use, store the earrings in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in humid environments.

Clean Gently:  gently wipe the wood and acrylic beads with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or residue. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the beads.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the processing, creation, and dispatch of your order. My products are meticulously handmade, ensuring attention to detail and quality. Keep in mind that dispatch times may extend up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined based on the estimated weight of your order. I strive to provide accurate and fair pricing for shipping services.

Tracking Information: All orders include a tracking number to keep you informed about the status and location of your shipment.

Returns

Luna Sol Gypsy's return policy extends for a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. Completing your return necessitates a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of its arrival. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Items must be returned in original product packaging. They must not have visible signs of wear or use.

All returns must be confirmed by our team before sending them to us. Please see return steps below.

If your order is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

Within 14 days of receiving your order, reply to your order confirmation email to request a return or exchange.

Once you receive confirmation that your return/exchange can be processed, include a note in your return parcel that states your full name, order number, and email address.

A trackable shipping method is recommended. Please communicate the tracking number via email once it is available.

Upon receiving the returned/exchanged item(s), your return item(s) will be processed, and you will be liable for the shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out.

Customers are liable for return postage costs of items, except when faulty.

The return/exchange/refund process may take up to 14 days.

The shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable.

Refunds:

No refunds are available for change of mind.

Cancellations

I will edit your order before shipping and invoice for any price differences.

Please be sure to order carefully, as I cannot cancel your order once paid for.

Faulty items:

Due to the handmade nature of most, we understand some faults may be out of your control.

There's a 30-day warranty period to ensure perfection for each piece.

If you received a product you believe is faulty, please send photos to pamelaleggett@lunasolgypsy.com.au as soon as possible.

You must initiate your return within the 30-day warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

-The loss of a product or part of a product

- Failure on your part to follow the provided care instructions

- Bracelet/Earring findings pulling/stretching causing breakage.
