Finding Healing and Mindfulness: Why I Created Luna Sol.

Life can be overwhelming at times. For me, there were moments when anxiety, depression, and stress felt like a constant buzz in the background—hard to escape, hard to quiet. I knew I needed something more than just “busy work” or distractions; I needed a way to reconnect with myself, to find peace in the present moment, and to heal.

Creating jewellery became my sanctuary. The slow, deliberate process of shaping clay, threading beads, and crafting intricate details became a form of mindfulness—a way to anchor myself in the present moment. When I’m working with my hands, focusing on the textures, colours, and shapes, my mind quiets, and the noise of anxiety softens.

This creative practice was more than just a hobby; it became an important part of my mental health journey. It gave me space to breathe and reflect, to express emotions without words, and to cultivate patience and care within myself. Each piece I made carried a bit of that healing energy.

Starting this business has been a journey of growth and healing for me. It has helped me turn pain into creativity, stress into calm, and moments of stillness into something tangible and beautiful. My hope is that these pieces can do the same for others—to bring a little light, grounding, and joy to your day.

Thank you for joining me on this path. I invite you to explore the collection, find pieces that speak to you, and remember to take a moment to breathe and be present in your own journey.

Welcome to Luna Sol—where mindfulness meets handmade.
